AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG operates 5 hangars at the Airport Basel-Mulhouse. We are dedicated to maintenance, modification as well as completion projects for mide-size jets, narrow and wide-body aircrafts within the private and business aviation industry.

We are seeking for highly experienced and qualified Maintenance Aircraft Engineers as well as Avionics / Electrical Engineers.

Our organization is handling projects for the following Aircraft types :

Airbus A310 series

  • Airbus A318 / A319 / A320 / A321 series
  • Airbus A330 series
  • Airbus A340 series
  • Airbus A350 series
  • Boeing B757 / B767 series
  • Boeing B737 Max Series
  • Boeing B737 300 / 400 / 500 series
  • Boeing B737 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 series including BBJ 700 (BBJ1) / 800 (BBJ2) / 900 (BBJ3)
  • Boeing B777 series
  • Boeing B787 series
  • Boeing B747-400 / B747-8i
  • Boeing MD-80 series
  • Bombardier BD-700 (Global Express / Global Express XRS / Global 5000 / Global 5500 / Global 6000 / Global 6500 / Global 7500) series
  • Bombardier BD-100 series (CL 300 / 350)
  • Bombardier CL-600-2B16 series (CL 604 / 605 / 650)
  • Gulfstream II and III Series, GIV (G650 / 650ER, G450, GV Series, G550, G650, GVI, GVII (G500 / G600)
  • Pilatus PC-12 series
  • Pilatus PC-24 series

Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (B1) as well as

Licensed Avionics / Electrical Engineers (B2)

Key Aspects of the Activity

  • Acting as certifying staff in AMAC 145 maintenance organization
  • Performance of routine and non-routine task cards
  • Performance of related operational and functional tasks
  • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and rectify flight problems
  • Perform and record all work performed in accordance appropriate manuals and regulations
  • Liaising with respective internal 145 MRO and PO part 21 shops for all maintenance issue
  • Work away from home base to support customers during AOG

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Holder of European EASA Part-66 Cat B1 resp. B2 with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Certifying Staff on above listed aircraft types
  • Ability / flexibility to work and to adapt in different environments / open to travel when required
  • Advanced trouble shooting experience
  • Awareness of highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety
  • Experience in Corporate Aviation is an advantage
  • Fluent in English

Preference will be given to applicants who hold a valid EASA license with at least two current type ratings (as listed above).

Aircraft engineers (maintenance / avionics & electrical)

In addition to certifying staff, we are also interested in applications of unlicensed engineers with a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar environment / base maintenance.
