Boutique Manager - Luxury Skin Care

Luxe Talent , an International recruitment and selection agency specialised in Retail, Fashion and Luxury is looking for a Boutique Manager for luxury Skin Care company, in Banhoffstrasse, Zurich.

Position Overview :

As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the Zurich boutique. You will lead a team of dedicated beauty consultants to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and fostering brand loyalty.

This role requires a passion for luxury beauty products, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team of beauty consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized product recommendations and expert advice.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with headquarters to ensure stock availability.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
• Uphold the brand's values and standards of excellence at all times.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Passion for luxury beauty products and a keen eye for trends and innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
