The Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing expert assistance and guidance to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders regarding a specific product or set of products within the organization.

Tasks

Key Responsibility :

Advanced Issue Resolution :

Handle complex technical issues that require in-depth knowledge.

Collaborate with Expert support for problem resolution.

Mentor Junior support agents.

Customer Escalations :

Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively.

Provide in-depth explanations and solutions for complex problems.

Knowledge :

Advanced Technical Skills :

Proficiency in using advanced troubleshooting tools.

In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations.

Product / Service Configuration :

Ability to guide customers through advanced product configurations.

Understanding of integration with other systems and applications.

Problem Analysis :

Analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.

Root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, with a strong technical background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Customer-centric focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
