Head / Senior RFP Manager

Our client, a leading European Infrastructure Manager with global expansion plans, is seeking an experienced Request for Proposal (RFP) senior manager / director to join their newly established RFP team.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with both new and existing clients, supporting the firm's continued growth in the infrastructure investment sector.

TInvestor Relations : Become a product specialist and take responsibility for effective client communication including the coordination of investors' questions and requests relating to the organisation and investor accounts, thereby acting as an interface between the organization and existing as well as prospective clientsTake ownership of the storylines of the infrastructure solutions including the relevant marketing documentation (press releases etc.

Responsible for the interface to the Private Banking Department regarding infra productsActively support or take responsibility of third parties for example placement agents.

Take ownership of processes regarding advisory committee meetings, investor calls, ad hoc client meetings : set up meetings, prepare materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and participate in meetings.

Responsible for the final reporting incl. content (NAV, Quarterly Reports, individual investor reports)Leading the Investor Relations communications incl.

content creation and responsibility of newsletters / articles in financial publicationsActively participate in and take ownership of internal projects (product development tasks etc.)

RFP Management : Take full ownership of the RFP / DDQ process from prospective investors using a oad set of content items and data that is gathered and already provided in the RFP / DDQ'sBe the owner of organisations active funds' standard DDQs and handle regular updates;
