Tasks :
- Payroll preparation on a monthly basis
- Organising the Human Resources documentation for new employees (contracts, welcome pack, imputing information and documents in the system)
- Issuing paychecks
- Identify payroll discrepancies
- Keeping track of extra hours worked for some colleagues
- Imputing date into the system
- Processing payroll, including bonuses
What we are looking for :
- Experience in the hotel / leisure / retail sector is a plus
- Knowledge or financial background
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Experience HR software
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English and fluent German is a must
