Senior Consultant/ Manager in Financial Services Risk in Geneva

The opportunity

Our Consulting business offers a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients, with a specific focus on business transformation programs in the Financial Services industry.

We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Consultant or a Manager (80-100%) with non-financial and compliance risk management in the banking and / or insurance industries related experience to further strengthen our practice within the Financial Services Consulting Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) team in Geneva.

The team is part of a global network of risk management specialists working together with most of the largest financial services companies.

We support our clients with solutions to identify, assess, steer and monitor non-financial and compliance risks on very diverse topics : Risk and Compliance Digital Transformation, operational risk management, resilience, third party management, AML, internal audit, and many others.

Your key responsibilities

A unique opportunity to explore a wide range of solutions to our clients’ issues and needs. This will enable you to quickly develop a wide breadth of skills and competencies, with many of these being focused around non-financial and compliance risk management, as well as internal control systems and internal audit.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

• At least 5 years of prior experience in non-financial and / or compliance risk management in the financial services industry either in an execution or advisory role.
• Fluency in English and French, German a plus

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience or knowledge in at least one of the following areas : Risk management framework and controls Operational risk Resilience Third party risk management Compliance (MIFID II, FinSa, etc.)
• Interest in risk, BCM, digital transformation, IT Risk, compliance and / or internal audit in the financial services industry
• A degree in a business-related field such as business administration, economics, finance or other related area
• Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in the banking, insurance or consulting industry
• Strong interest in technology
