Finance Manager - Project Office Onestream

Swiss company leader in the manufacturing sector.He / she manages the project roadmap and timeline and project status reporting.

He / She also coordinate with the IT teams to ensure all the technical functionalities or issues are properly addressed to support the delivery of the Finance project.

The Finance manager- Project Office ensures the resolution of all the escalations and issues assignment on a timely manner.

Additionally, he / she will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the business processes that support our financial consolidation and reporting functions.

The Finance Manager - project office is responsible for producing the reporting and status document of projects under his responsibility as well as coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders (internal & external).

Key activities and responsibilities : Define and manage the project timeline and roadmap for the Onestream platform in line with SAP constraints, and other projects implementationDefine the functional requirements in line with the business requirements.

Define the test plan and UAT requirements and test scenariosCoordinate and manage the technical requirements and its delivery (EPIC) with the IT teamsProduce projects status document and templatesKnowledge of the Agile methodology to act as product ownerIdentify, manage and deliver project and process improvement initiatives as directed;

Lead end-to-end process design, optimization and governance of the consolidation tool and define the global to-be process ensuring it aligns with business objectives and compliance with Group policies.

Coordinate with key stakeholders, i.e. the business, the Group Consolidation team, the technical team and the management all the aspects and steps of the initiatives / projects deliveryOversee implementation linked to the consolidation tool, incl.

new features roll-outs, upgrades, system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsDevelop training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the tool.

Provide ongoing support and ensure that any issue that arise are addressed.Ensure all process changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.
