Purchasing & International Fashion Trade Manager - Tasoni (100% Position)

Tasoni is on the lookout for an ambitious and skilled Purchasing & Fashion Trade Manager to oversee our international purchasing operations.

This vital position is central to our organization, managing all purchasing activities to support our operations efficiently and cost-effectively.

The successful candidate will spearhead the development of business relationships internationally for reseller purposes and play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategies and supplier interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Craft and execute purchasing strategies that align with the needs of each season, brand, and product category.
• Supervise daily purchasing operations, collaborate with back-office and store teams, and conduct supplier negotiations.
• Ensure the quality of products meets our stringent standards, coordinating with brands on quality issues and customer feedback.
• Lead our fashion trade activities at an international level, building and managing reseller relationships and initiatives.
• Analyze sales trends, forecast future industry movements, and educate teams on new products and market insights.

Location :

Your primary workplace will be our offices and stores in Zurich and Andermatt, with the possibility of additional locations.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For :

• A bachelor’s degree in business, fashion trade, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimal 8 years experience in a purchasing role within the luxury retail sector, with a strong grasp of the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Open to travel spontaneously to Europe and Asia.
• Flexible working days and open to support the store in Andermatt on Sundays.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and analytical capabilities, with a proactive approach to international business development.
