About the Company : for a multinational Fashion & Apparel company, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a Analytic Hub Manager .

Core Responsibilities :

• Planning of Analytic Hub & BI system project activities together with the PM and Demand Manager
• Defining and monitoring the team's architectural and development best-practices
• Participation in functional and technical analysis with stakeholders, group IT companies and vendors with responsibility on validation of solutions
• Responsibility over applications, reports, and data in the ongoing management of the Analytic Hub system
• Responsibility for and participation in the definition, implementation, and maintenance of ETL processes
• Design and implementation of Data Quality processes and controls for certification of information and KPIs in the databases
• Participation and leadership of the part of DO team in the design of the new Analytic Hub & BI system in terms of Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Visualization frameworks with the goal of improving the Data Driven approach

Must Have :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as data science, computer science, statistics, or a related discipline;

advanced degree preferred

• Proven experience (8+ years) managing and leading data teams, preferably in a scaleup or fast-paced environment
• Proficient in data engineering, architecture and analytics in SQL, Python and cloud-based technologies such as (AWS / Azure)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL
• Excellent knowledge of reporting tools (preferably Microstrategy)
• Excellent knowledge of ETL tools (preferably Matillion)
• Excellent knowledge of databases (preferably Snowflake)
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional squads is desirable
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• An excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• An experienced leader who can inspire teams and make decisive choices
• A strategic thinker that aligns tasks with broader company goals
• A relationship builder with the ability to nurture positive ties with team and staff
