Frontend Engineer Senior

- Design and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or VueJS.
- Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers to develop user-friendly and visually appealing web applications.
- Implement and maintain web applications according to the latest security standards, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
- Optimize user experience through performance improvements, code optimization, and adherence to web standards.
- Specify and implement interfaces between frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration.
- Communicate effectively with external developers or clients to address technical challenges and find optimal solutions.
- Take ownership of products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring operation, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback for personal and team development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education / experience.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in frontend development, preferably in an agency environment.
- Expertise in modern web technologies including HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript (TypeScript), and frameworks / libraries such as React, Angular, or VueJS.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining DevOps tools and environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI).
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools to enhance development and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js and Laravel is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality deliverables.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
