We're seeking a skilled and passionate DevSecOps Engineer with a strong AWS background to join our team. You'll be a vital part of our cross-functional team, playing a crucial role in fortifying the scalability, efficiency and security of our cutting-edge digital platform within the AWS cloud.

You will be responsible for integrating best practices into every stage of the development and operational workflows, ensuring robust and secure architectures that align with both our technical vision and business strategies.

What you will be responsible for

• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable and cost-effective AWS architecture.
• Manage multi-account AWS environments, including VPC design, IAM policy creation, and secure data storage.
• Stay abreast of AWS trends and updates to ensure our infrastructure strategies align with industry standards and address emerging threats.
• Apply AWS Well-Architected Framework (WAF) principles to optimize platform reliability, performance and security.
• Actively participate in architectural discussions, advocating for best practices and compliance while contributing to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to seamlessly integrate into CI / CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance together with the Head of Information Security (GDPR and ISO 27001).

What makes you a fit

Essential requirements :

• 4+ years of experience in DevSecOps and 2+ years proven expertise in AWS cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CDK, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes or others containerized applications.

Preferred Skills :

• Strong knowledge of GitLab CI / CD pipelines (or similar), with a focus on integrating best practices into development workflows.
• Experience with GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.

Soft Skills :

• Hands-on mentality : Strong sense of ownership and effective in implementation.
• Strategic thinking : Ability to initiate and align DevSecOps strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborative communication : Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
