As a Concierge Executive you will be :
- Taking calls, answering queries, sending and receiving emails.
- Taking duties within the charter team.
- Preparing and presenting charter proposals.
- Welcoming Employer's passengers or some Employer's sister companies' passengers at Geneva Airport.
- maintaining routine clerical records, logs and data and compiling routine reports.
- Analysing information, finding solutions to day-to-day problems and removing any glitches, which might hinder the effectiveness and operations of the Employer (and of its group)
The successful candidate has :
- Exceptional presentation including language.
- Good administrative abilities and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good experience of business aviation.
- Experience using MS WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
- Must be dedicated and should possess critical problem-solving abilities.
- Good managerial abilities, leadership skills and decision-making skills.
- Computer knowledge, data entry abilities and reporting.
- Fluent English and French with one additional language
