CRM Activation Intern - 6 months internship

How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Further develop and deploy in our markets our different CRM activation : ensure coordination with markets, develop content, produce and test our emails, SMS, MMS, Whatsapp, etc.
• Support the CRM Team in further deploying and leveraging our Clienteling tool and Strategy in close collaboration with our Client Activation Manager for both BTQ and CRC’s.

And support the team in the monitoring of clienteling performance.

Support the Client Data Specialist in the production of client reports and KPIs Tracking Dashboards (Customer Journey Performance Tracking, Monthly Client Report...)

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

• You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (master).
• Extensive experience with MS Office Suite, HTML.
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Nice to have : Experience with Analytical and Dashboarding Technologies (Looker, BigQuery)
• Project Management skills and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in French and English.
