My duties

• Maintain and build relationships with Customers and Supply Sites in the assigned geographic areas
• Act as primary contact for the assigned customers, receive, Analyse and process forecasts and orders, manage inventory and deliveries and support new product introductions
• Ensure supply to end customers and develop processes that ensure that this supply is protected
• Manage and proactively resolve supply issues via effective coordination and communication in close cooperation with the planning teams, manufacturing sites and the customers
• Mitigate and avoid future supply issues by thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures
• Comply with all the company and local regulations, guidelines and procedures, minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position

My qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain or technical related discipline, Project Management / Change Management qualification is an advantage
• Lean Six Sigma certification, preferably advanced certification, Business Analytics qualification is an advantage
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or any other post graduate education in SC Management is an advantage
• Hands on Supply Chain Planning experience, including working with CMO’s, affinity of working within a regulated industry
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Management, strong experience in planning systems and knowledge
• SAP knowledge (S / 4 HANA, SAP IBP & SAP ARIBA), MS Office experience (proficient Excel user)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate clearly, effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Resilient personality with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Able to function well in a cross-cultural and dynamic environment
