As of NOV: Outreach / Promo / Communications Specialist (m/w/d)
Our client is an internationally recognized and important international organization with headquarters in Basel. We are urgently looking for an experience communication / outreach specialist to join the team for at least 5 months.
Managing the Innovation Network (roughly 50% of time)Improve the effectiveness, engagement, and strategic influence of the bank's Innovation Network working groups.
This includes organizing and facilitating meetings, supporting working group chairs, and coordinating events and plenary sessions.
Stakeholder Engagement - One Hub (roughly 30% of time)In collaboration with the bank's Communications department, ensure the Innovation Hub is perceived as innovative and authoritative.
This involves : Enhancing the professional and innovative image at eventsReviewing and editing posters, presentations, and speechesDrafting content for processes like engagement with the private sector and internal communicationsManaging the learning series and the Innovation Hub Alumni Network
Innovation Summit and Other Events (roughly 20% of time) : As part of the Summit team and in close partnership with the bank's Communications department, oversee promotional and communication activities.
Responsibilities include : Event anding, webpage content, social media posts, and announcementsCoordinating the event program and aligning topicsDeveloping narratives around summit topicsDrafting and sending invitations to Governors, attendees, and guest speakersEditing and designing postersAssisting with presentations and rehearsalsProviding support for other summit preparations or Innovation Hub events as neededInteresting role in outreach for a public organization Broad role within wider communication fieldExperience with marketing / promotional campaigns (e.
