Mitarbeiter:in Lehrmittelentwicklung/ Learning Materials Developer
We are looking for a Learning Materials Developer to join us in Bern, Switzerland. The successful candidate will become part of the pedagogical team at inlingua International, contributing to various innovative projects.
Tasks :
- Conceptualization and creation of foreign language learning materials in English, German, French, Spanish & Italian.
- Support in all production steps from concept to post-production.
- Copy-editing of author submissions
- Copy-editing of current inlingua materials
- Responsibility for reprints.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Excellent pedagogical and linguistic knowledge
- Familiar with the CEFR
- Experience in teaching and teacher training
- Experience in using AI and LLMs for text generation, as well as AI use in the language classroom
- Editing, layouting, and (online) publishing
- A creative spirit and strong team player
- Multilingual capabilities - proficiency in German (C2) and English (C1) is essential; knowledge of Spanish, French, and Italian is desirable.
- Experience in creating educational content across various formats, including e-books, audio, video.
- Knowledge of printing processes and online publishing.
Education :
Diploma or Degree in DaF / DaZ, EFL / TESOL or any other form of foreign language education
