Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% (m / f / d)
Your challenges
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate selection, communication, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Work closely with HR business partners and leaders to understand and address talent acquisition challenges and long-term workforce needs.
- Advocate for internal talent advancement and promote related activities within the organization.
- Build and maintain external talent pipelines in collaboration with our active sourcing team.
- Ensure seamless coordination between candidates and hiring managers, including job posting, candidate scheduling, and offer processing.
- Advise business stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Employer Branding activities, Early Talent and Trainee Programs, both locally and online, to enhance Hitachi Energy's employer brand.
Your skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Industry knowledge and in-house experience in a global matrix organization are desirable.
- Fluency in English and German. (B2-C1 Level)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong understanding of succession and workforce planning.
- Proficiency with application tracking tools.
