Time & Attendance Administrator // Johnson & Johnson
Time and Attendance is a diverse team of 7 people supporting the approximately 4’500 Switzerland based JnJ employees across several sites and legal entities.
We are working closely with the payroll, business leaders and different HR teams on a variety of topics. To support us, we are looking for a one additional person.
Main Responsibilities :
Day-to-day business :
- Support Switzerland based JnJ personnel with assistance related to working time, absences and their respective records in the local Time and Attendance systems
- Answer inquiries by phone, email, chat tools and case management systems in a friendly, timely and professional manner in German, English and French
- Create reports and analyse issues as per designed process and on an ad hoc basis
- Perform a number of frequent controlling tasks to ensure process compliance and data accuracy
- Manage a close relationship with internal stakeholders such as Payroll and other HR departments
- Support projects
- Continuous process improvement
- Manage a variety of tasks of different priority levels
- Comply with all processes and regulations
W ho we are looking for :
- At least 2 years work experience in a relevant field (administration, analytics, finance, payroll, HR or customer service)
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written), French is a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills specifically Excel
- Prior knowledge of Swiss labour law is a plus
- Prior experience in a large multicultural enterprise is a plus
- Prior experience with SAP and / or Time and Attendance systems / processes is a plus
While working with established systems and processes, we are always looking to improve the way we work by using automation and digitization or redesigning processes.
A successful candidate for our team, demonstrates a general positive problem-solving attitude and some stress resilience.
He / she is detail- and customer service oriented and can think in a networked fashion.
This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited until 31.12.2024, with the option for extension or with a possibility to change to a permanent position.
