Finance Assistant
Responsibilities
- Support finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Controlling of expenses and vacation entries.
- Controlling and booking of invoices.
- Responsible for data-collection of fund portfolio companies
- Perform reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies.
- Act as a back-up for the office management activities.
Candidate Profile, Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance related positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and responsibility in handling sensitive information.
