Our client is a growing recruitment boutique with a focus on the Legal Interim space. It's an area quite untouched from an agency perspective and they are offering innovate and unique solutions.
Over the last years, they have grown from strength to strength with a strong team of candidate side recruiters with legal backgrounds engaging top talent and delivering a best-in-class service.
They are looking to add a strong business developer and relationship driven consultant to help them grow to the next level.
Tasks
- Pioneer and expand the interim legal recruitment sector through innovative business development strategies and client relationships.
- Champion the brand's identity during client interactions, market events, and all external touchpoints.
- Expand and develop existing clients and relationships working closely together the recruiters to help allign needs and oppotunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in professional recruitment in Switzerland.
- Stellar communication skills complemented by a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment life cycle, sales dynamics, and business development tactics.
- An unyielding passion for recruitment and a drive to continuously elevate the industry.
- Proficiency in English and German is a must.
