Tasks
- Define and implement the Service Quality and Safety strategy and derive relevant KPIs
- Ensure service excellence by implementing and maintaining processes that guarantee the delivery of high-quality services to meet customer expectations
- Develop, implement and monitor QEHS systems
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to quality, environment, health and safety
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality, and effectiveness, through feedback, analysis, and process refinement with the regions
- Monitor and analyse EHS performance, prepare reports, and present findings to service management
- Analyse data to make data driven decisions and provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service quality, EHS and improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and assessments and train employees to promote awareness and compliance with QEHS policies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical or safety-related field or experience combined with equivalent further education
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role and the ability to lead and develop QHES teams in a matrix organisation
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with attention to details
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal capabilities and a team player
- Food safety background
- Basic knowledge of CE regulations & REACH & RoHS
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies like six sigma, 8D and FMEA
