For one of our clients, a leading swiss-based Asset Manager with a strong focus on Private Equity Investments based in Geneva we are looking for a :
CRO / ASSET MANAGEMENT
Job description
- Oversee and manage risks associated with Private Equity Investments, Market Risk, and Operational Risk
- Implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance investment performance
- Lead a small team of risk professionals
- Provide guidance and training to ensure effective risk management practices
- Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to the CFO
- Collaborate with other departments for effective communication
Profile required
- University degree, additional certifications like FRM a plus
- Proven experience in a senior risk management role
- Familiarity with Private Equity and associated risks
- Strong understanding of Private Equity investments and funds
