For their multilingual hub in Portugal, they are looking to recruit fluent German speakers to join their international insurance team.

This is a full work from home role from anywhere in mainland Portugal. The RoleAs a German speaking Travel Insurance Agent you will be working for a tourism insurance company.

You will handle insurance policy administration and cancellation requests efficiently and re-issue policy documentation as needed.

You will also identify, investigate, and escalate complex issues promptly and mediate between hosts and guests regarding reservation concerns, such as alterations, cancellations etc, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.

This is a combination role with both front-office and back-office tasks where good attention to detail and excellent writing skills is needed.
