Senior Physician in Switzerland (Fulltime)

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Oberarzt (Senior Physician) to join a renowned medical facility in Switzerland.

As an Oberarzt, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional medical care and leadership within our esteemed healthcare institution.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Providing expert medical care to patients within your specialty area.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff, including residents and interns.
• Participating in departmental meetings, research activities, and continuous medical education programs.
• Upholding the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical conduct.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Board certification or equivalent in your specialty area.
• Extensive clinical experience as a Senior Physician / Oberarzt.
• Proficiency in German (B2) both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
• EU citizenship
