KeyResponsibilities :
Working with the accountingteam and project managers to ensure that the processes are in placeto invoice on time
Supervise collectors who areresponsible for decision making on customers, risk assessments andcash applications in multiple systems
Identifyopportunities to improve automation and efficiency through policy,procedure, process and systems for the Swissmarket
Monitoring aging and discuss correctiveactions with local AR team and sales team
Createand drive the strategic operating plan within own area ofresponsibility
Manage the credit journey for thecustomers constantly looking for ways to improve the serviceoffered
Work closely with Customer Service teamto identify and support customers via the customer journey who areexperiencing challenges in making payments on the terms originallyagreed
This is a role with visibility where youwill have the ability to develop new procedures andprocesses.

Requirements :
Provenexperience in credit management or relatedfield.
Languages : French / English / German written and spoken at least at LevelB2
Strong analytical skillsand ability to interpret financialdata.
Excellent leadershipand communicationabilities.
Knowledge ofcredit laws, regulations, and bestpractices.
Diploma infinance, accounting, or related field
