IT Business Analyst
Main Responsibilities :
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify and capture their requirements;
- Analyzing and documenting business needs to ensure that they are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals;
- Creating process models to document and understand current business processes;
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Working with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and align with technological capabilities;
- Validating solutions through testing, ensuring that they meet specified requirements and function as intended;
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication;
- Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project progress and changes;
- Preparing detailed documentation of business requirements, process maps, use cases, and other relevant materials;
- Creating and presenting reports and updates to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Relevant Swiss working / residency permit or Swiss / EU-Citizenship required;
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry;
- Generalist knowledge about top floor and shop floor processes, data models, IT / OT architectures and systems incl. Integrations;
- Excellent Service Management knowledge :
- Proven experience in pharma manufacturing processes;
- Experience in business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains and processes;
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict management skills;
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken);
- ITOT experience is a great plus.
