- Develop detailed project plans with a focus on change management.
- Work with diverse teams to ensure new processes and systems are integrated smoothly.
- Lead project & change initiatives using structured methodologies.
- Analyze the impact of changes, assess readiness, and identify stakeholders.
- Design and manage communication and training programs to support changes.
- Monitor and report on project management activities.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- You are a Master degree holder in a relevant field and a strong interest in project management and change management.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- You are recognized as someone analytical with problem-solving skills.
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have an IT knowledge and a desire to learn.
