This appeals to you
- Take on a central role in building new teams and support the further development of existing teams
- Contribute to the constant improvement of our development process with agile methods and the integration of agile metrics
- Take action to remove impediments which are impacting the performance of your teams
- Support the agile teams in the organization and take over moderation of Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Daily Stand-Ups)
- Coach your Scrum teams and empower them in self-management as well as personal responsibility according to the agile principles and roles
- Take an active part in existing agile events such as CoP, Brown Bag Session, Agility Coffee or Agility Forum
This is you
- Professional experience in being a Scrum Master for software engineering teams working within agile frameworks
- Experience in the agile transformation of teams and organizations is an advantage
- A communicative type who knows the way around moderation, coaching and / or conflict management
- You value trust and transparency and lead by example
- You have a natural positive personality which is demonstrated through the enthusiasm you bring into our teams
- You like to promote and establish personal responsibility and self-organization in the Scrum Teams
- Cultural understanding of cross-located teams, experience with such a setup would be beneficial (willingness to travel max 5% within Europe)
- Language(s) : English fluent, German nice to have
