Inside Sales Lead - Territory Germany, Austria, Switzerland (m/f/d)
What you will enjoy doing
- As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be theowner of specific accounts assigned by the Sales Manager. Your responsibilitieswill be focused on providing an exceptional customer experience through effectivecommunication, issue resolution, technical expertise, product gap analysis, meetingsales targets, and account growth
- You will be accountable with the objectiveof meeting the customer’s needs and expectations, in accordance with requiredsafety regulations, quality standards, export and other compliance standards
- You are the Key Relationship Owner Lead customer contact for select accounts assigned by the Director of Sales
- The Lead customer calls and / or meetings as necessary to understand customer needs and make recommendations to sales leadership is in your role
- You read and interpret specifications and other technical documents to make recommendations
- You share voice of customer(VOC) feedback on pricing, market trends and other feedback to sales leadershipto support strategy and grow sales and generate proposals, including cost analysis and pricingproposals for customers
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor’s Degreeplus minimum 1 year of related experience managing customers and / or clientaccounts required or an apprenticeship graduation with appropriate certificatesplus minimum 3 years of related experience managing customers and / or clientaccounts required
- Strong proficiency innative German, fluent English, math, writing, spelling, and vocabulary
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Your preferred qualifications are : Experience in a manufacturing setting, with Salesforce CRM, with Oracle or SAP and export sales
- Direct inside or outside sales experience rounds off your profile
- Technical background in materials or engineering is a must
- Experience in thermal spray coatings and / or additivemanufacturing is an advantage
