Trust Officer
Our client is an international Trust Company located in Road Town, specialized in trust and corporate services. Currently, they are seeking an individual to join their team due to increase of business.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, including complex private client structures and private trust companies
- Handle all administrative aspects of the clients' portfolios, maintaining direct communication with clients, advisors, and family offices when necessary
- Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels, work within tight deadlines, and be willing to work overtime when required
- Read, comprehend, and review financial statements, collaborating with the firm's accounts department to prepare financial statements for both trusts and companies
- Review documents related to the establishment and continuation of private trust companies and complex trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
Requirements :
- Hold an internationally recognized professional qualification such as STEP or academic (legal, economical or financial) and 3 to 5 years of trust industry experience
