Part-time Back-office Operator with German (Remote)
We are a growing startup providing IT services to local and regional newspapers in Switzerland, and we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Backoffice Operator.
Tasks
In this role, you will process large volumes of data quickly and accurately, ensuring that print newspaper content is redistributed to digital channels.
You will work remotely, processing advertising and articles from PDF editions using our company’s software.
This is a completely remote part-time position, with an estimated 10-20 hours per month, perfect for those looking for flexibility.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in English (both written and verbally).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Google Sheets, and email correspondence.
- Flexibility in working hours, with availability during weekday evenings (1-2 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and accountability in a remote work environment, ensuring consistent performance and timely completion of tasks.
- Experience handling large volumes of data efficiently is an asset.
