HOW WILL YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE?
Part of the Digital team and in direct support of the Head of Client Knowledge, you will support on a day-to-day basis the adoption of the Elevate (Salesforce) tools across markets and HQ.
You will be the go-to-person to resolve issues and coordinate correction plan. On top, you will participate to the client activation strategy by executing CRM campaigns and coordinating animations in boutiques.
Last, you will contribute to the execution of tests during the release of new features in the Salesforce environment.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Communication 40%
- Coordinate campaigns execution with markets, Campaign Factory and Digital
- Content team support markets in their local campaigns creation
- Implement campaign journeys under the supervision of the Head of Client Knowledge
Elevate admin & innovation support - 30%
- Be the point of contact for support on Elevate tools for markets
- Coordinate resolution plan with Elevate teams
- Support Head of Client Knowledge on Elevate / Client engagement innovations (launch of new channels, new Elevate products, data capture tools )
The Hour Club coordination 20%
- Creation and publication of contents based on the calendar / strategy provided by the Campaign Manager
- Coordination of The Hour Club offline animations execution (eg : events in boutique)
Tests 10%
Participate to tests releases on Service Cloud, The View, Marketing Cloud and The Hour Club
ABOUT YOU
- Business school student or equivalent academic background
- First experience in CRM or Digital or Hospitality
- Strong interest and passion in luxury or in watchmaking
- Fluency in English (oral and written) and another language (Chinese and / or French a plus)
- Excellent command of the Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint & CRM Software)
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a plus
- You demonstrate solid communication and analysis skills as well as agility, reliability, proactivity and dynamism in a transversal environment.
- True Team player to fit with a caring but also dynamic CRM team
