- Pursuing a master’s degree in HR management
- Internship agreement is mandatory
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience with HRIS would be appreciated Interest in analyzing and presenting data, especially using PowerBI, would be a significant plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Precision and rigor, whilst maintaining a flexible and pragmatic approach
- High level of confidentiality, discretion and ethics

Activités
What you will do : You will join a small team of specialists in a wide range of HR topics and have the opportunity to work closely with all the team members and gain valuable insight into their specialist areas.
Our scope is the Trading & Shipping branch and the 2 trading business units of the Gas Renewables and Power branch, which represents around 1200 employees in 12 locations around the world.
The main areas covered by the team are :
- Compensation & Benefits
- Job Evaluation
- HRIS
- Data & Reporting
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Campaigns
- HR Communication
- HR Projects
- HR InnovationYou will be able to take part in all of the above areas, through contributions such as, but not limited to :
- User access management for our multiple HR systems
- Updating organizations and positions in our different systems
- Assist in the roll-out for our perimeter of the new Company-wide job grading system
- Setting up and running regular checks and controls to make sure the quality of data in our systems is of a consistently high level
- Take part in multiple campaigns (performance review, headcount, salary review, employee engagement surveys )
- Liaise with our Houston and Singapore offices and with Paris Head Office
- Job positioning for salary benchmarking
- Collecting updated Job Descriptions
- Take part in organizing D&I events
- Draft HR communications (video, web, articles, presentations )TotalEnergies has developed a strong expertise in oil and biofuels, natural gas and electricity trading.
Trading entities are based in Geneva, Paris, Houston and Singapore.TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities : TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).
T&S is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company.
It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time.
As such, it operates in fast-evolving market dynamics influenced by internal and external factors that require constant adaptation and evolution.
