Your responsibilities :
Your role and responsibilities will be based on the following pillars : Excellence in Execution, Learning & Decision Making, Problem Solving & Communication
- Order to Cash activities, such as external & internal order management and invoice handling
- Coordination of Event / Newness Management in SAP
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Execution Planning and Finance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Analyzing PowerBI dashboards to drive KPI improvement
