Assistant Manager
ClimbAID is seeking a well organised and detail-oriented individual to support the management of the organisation on a part-time basis as Assistant Manager, covering a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities :
Volunteer Administration : Manage the volunteer onboarding process and related tasks, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for volunteers.
User Administration and Support : Provide basic support for Office and ClimbAID’s Activity Database, assisting volunteer coordinators with inquiries and troubleshooting.
Data Quality Management : Maintain data integrity within ClimbAID’s Activity Database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Communications : Create engaging social media posts, newsletters, and mailings by researching relevant topics, gathering content, and crafting compelling texts.
Basic Accounting Tasks : Support basic accounting tasks using Bexio, including filing receipts.
Website Maintenance : Update the website with WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and timeliness.
Survey Management : Create, deploy, and analyse surveys to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders.
Event Organization : Assist in organizing community and fundraising events.
Meeting Preparation : Assist in preparing meetings by gathering and consolidating information.
Skills / Qualities :
Technical proficiency and a methodical approach to work.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assert objectives effectively.
Ability to work independently and reliably, managing tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Office 365 applications, with a strong understanding of WordPress, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms.
Experience with Bexio and Upshot is an advantage but not required.
Basic knowledge in accounting is beneficial.
Fluency in both German and English languages. French is an advantage but not required.
