YOUR CHALLENGES :

• Cooperation with Product Line Supply Chain Managers and Order Material Managers to determine and ensure supply needs
• Requirements and tender planning for the respective projects (offering / RFQ)
• Execution of orders, from the evaluation of offers to the ordering process
• Check of offers and order confirmations
• Creation of Supply Chain Concept and initial orders for their projects
• Planning of FAI in operation plan if requested by BU / Sales
• ISIR orders (EMP) incl. technical approval
• Creation and maintenance of master data (prototype to series) and operational plans for serial business
• Responsibility for variance orders (AWA Process)
• Communication, coordination and negotiation with existing and future suppliers involved in the project
• Support in forecasting for planning future orders

YOUR COMPETENCES :

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of materials management, operational and / or project purchasing in a cyclical industry such as semiconductor technology or similar
• An excellent technical training as a process specialist / technician or similar whereby a further degree in economics is of advantage
• Sociable, team-oriented and communicative personality
• You like to work in a team and subordinate yourself to the team spirit
• You are flexible and can get involved in new requirements at any time
• You pursue pragmatic approaches and proceed in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner
• A high resilience, confident appearance and adequate assertiveness
• Good ERP / MRP skills (MS Dynamics 365, SAP, PSS etc.)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
