Process all reservations requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or e-mail, Identify guest reservations needs and determine appropriate room type. Able to explain and sell the correct room catergories & prices Answer questions about property facilities / services and room accommodations. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns. Support team to reach common goals Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Receptionist
The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich and is managed by Cycas Hospitality, the white label hotel operator in Europe.
The hotel offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). Our guests are able to enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the inner courtyard, two bars and a rooftop terrace.
The Perfect Candidate has :
- Preferred knowledge about Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system
- Experience in front office or reservations
- Enthusiasm & a true team player
- Service oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized and efficient
- A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required
- English and German speaking
