It provides a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance and conditions that encourage skill development as well as the sharing of knowledge and experiences.Job descriptionAssess the needs arising from a request from a professional in the Geneva socio-health network and respond as quickly as possible or direct it to a more appropriate service. Intervene and work jointly with the nurse in a socio-health context, bringing in this analysis their social expertise and developing short-term intervention projects while ensuring the legal boundaries in the interventions are respected. Propose to the client and their family means to reduce the intensity of the crisis or urgency felt; provide them with listening and support, aiming to restore their balance and that of their surroundings. Prepare a written assessment of each intervention detailing the actions taken and those chosen. Evaluate the adequacy and relevance of the care pathway for each intervention. Participate in team meetings and supervision outside of intervention hours. Actively contribute in sessions with social work or equivalent title. Ability to manage crisis situations. Ease of communication and ability to adopt an appropriate positioning in front of various stakeholders. Very good knowledge of the Geneva socio-health network.
