Johnson ElectricSwitzerland, MurtenYour responsibilities will be to :
Lead projects technically, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with customer and JE expectations
Monitor project progress and deliverables across phases, communicating status and escalating issues when required
Represent engineering in customer interactions and maintain consistent technical communication
Provide expertise in developing and troubleshooting valves, actuators, and CDM systems, using CAD / CAE / CFD tools as needed
Support quality issue resolution, manage technical documentation, and prepare project reviews according to JE procedures
Our requirements :
B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Understanding of design and engineering procedures, technical hands-on experience in modern manufacturing environments
Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions in manufacturing environment
Great communication skills and relationships management while maintaining professional integrity
Excellent English skills, good knowledge of either French or German would be advantage
