Junior Traffic Operator
This position offers to a young energetic person the opportunity of a junior operations role within the commodity business.
You will assist our operations team.
Your tasks
Assist in our daily logistic process as follows :
- Arrange / collect payments
- Issue and checking contracts
- Coordinate material deliveries and stocks, documentation, invoicing, payments, client exposure control and claim handling
- Assist in Vessel chartering, bulk or container, in co-operation with our brokers, organizing truck and rail or release of material in warehouse.
- Keep track of the hedging position together with the operations team and our traders.
Your skills and talents
- Commercial apprenticeship or bachelor
- Organized working skills with attention to detail
- Committed and team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment
- Fluent English (additional languages like German beneficial)
- Willing to learn, as well as interested in the logisitc process of commodity trading
- Ideally intermediate knowlede of : Excel, Word, Outlook
