You are responsible for :
- Patrolling the security premises
- Performing access controls
- Emergency management (evacuation and initiating emergency measures)
- Operating and monitoring security technologies and premises / CCTV
- Shift leadership (leading a small team)
- Preparing and reviewing reports
- Rescheduling in case of absences and managing team working hours
- Monitoring and implementing new security measures
Qualifications
For this role, you must :
- Have experience in the security field
- Feel comfortable in public settings
- Be willing to work irregular hours (3-shift operation)
- Be familiar with modern technology and possess proficient computer skills
- Be fluent in German, both spoken and written (minimum level A2), and have very good English skills (level B2)
- Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record
