Coca-Cola Associate Marketing Manager, 12 Months
As an Associate Marketing Manager for Switzerland, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, with globally recognized brands and a dynamic team.
You will support the Marketing Managers with experiential market activations, lead brand activation plans, and manage internal communication within the local system team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate on brand activation initiatives and handle assignments that align with brand priorities.
- Track brand and project performance through data analysis, converting KPIs and findings into actionable insights that drive business value.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed (e.g., monthly performance reports).
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 4+ years of brand management or marketing experience (experience in the CPG sector is a plus).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in either German or French, along with fluency in English, including strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details, share information (budgets, resources, metrics, timelines), and coordinate tasks.
- Passion for the brand and a strong interest in brand marketing.
- Solid understanding of key marketing concepts and business analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Note : You will be employed by SELLNOVA or our local third-party employment partner, who will be responsible for all aspects of your employment contract and relationship.
