Tasks

3Brain is looking for a full-time Electronics Production Technician to scale up the production of its devices and to improve the automation of the processes involved in the production. Working together with the R&D and Fulfilment Team, your responsibility will be to manage and maintain our production processes and to identify potential improvements to support high-quality and ensure consistent delivery that meet our quality standards. The main tasks are :

• Manage and execute manufacturing of our products (i.e., end-assembly, inventory, packaging for the shipment of finished products, etc.)
• Follows production performance indicators
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product manufacturability, transition developed products into production and identify process optimizations
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment to meet industry standards for cleanliness and safety
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to the ordering of materials
• Execute inbound quality testing for components of high-end biomedical instrumentation
• Develop new test procedures and contribute to root cause analysis
• Troubleshoot production problems related to equipment, processes, quality, and systems
• Provide statistical data analysis and reporting and escalate to management when issue is encountered
