Develop and execute a cohesive omnichannel strategy for eight key markets, ensuring seamless customer journeys across online and offline channelsLead and inspire a high-performing e-commerce team to achieve sales goals, advisor recruitment, and lead generation in your marketsProvide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to market leaders in DE, FR, IT, AT, ES, PT, PL, and UK / IR to optimize e-commerce growthBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on e-commerce initiativesPromote a data-driven culture to continuously enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints in your marketsStay ahead of e-commerce trends, implementing innovative solutions to improve customer journeys and sales processesDevelop and lead a diverse, collaborative, and high-performing teamUse data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing effortsYour Profile
10+ years of experience leading and scaling e-commerce operations for multinational companies, preferably in direct salesExpertise in omnichannel strategies, integrating online and offline channelsStrong experience in building and maintaining senior-level business partnershipsProven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, fostering collaborationStrong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring global teamsStrategic acumen in digital best practices and international e-commerce strategiesData-driven approach, leveraging analytics to optimize performanceExperience in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams with a global mindsetAbility to travel internationally up to 30% of the timeWhat we’ll offer you
