Job summary
As a Sales Support within Asset Management team, you will be working closely with the client advisors to help build and sustain client relationships within the institutional business of JPMorgan Asset Management.
The group is responsible for offering advice on all JPMorgan Asset Management strategies (segregated mandates and pooled funds).
The target market includes the largest pension funds and insurance companies headquartered in Switzerland.
The 40-50% work time should be 2-2.5 days each week in the office / home office (except for vacation or exams periods).
Job responsibilities
- Partner with client advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development process
- Assist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in the CRM Tool and kept up to date
- Coordinate with product teams on client presentations, portfolio reviews and ongoing relationship management efforts
- Partner with local marketing team on client events
- Support the sales team for any general ad-hoc admin tasks
- Understand the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
- Support the team in the Request For Proposal (RFP) Process
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Interest in Asset Management industry and investment funds
- Fluency in German and English is absolutely necessary
- Self-starting team player, hardworking and eager to learn
- Analytical skills - The ability to quantitatively analyse JPMAM's and the competition's products / performance
- Strong communication skills
- Software and database skills - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a client-servicing role would be an asset
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- French would be an asset
