Role Overview : As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
You'll inspire them, deliver excellent service, and maintain high standards on the shop floor.
Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of the products in the store.
- Merchandising : Maintain merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- Market Awareness : Stay up-to-date with current trends and the brand's position in the market.
- Operational Procedures : Follow all operational procedures in the store and stockroom.
Qualifications :
- Customer Interaction : Enjoy interacting with customers and set a positive example for the team.
- Attitude : Demonstrate a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Brand Passion : Be passionate about the brand, fashion, and retail in general.
- Flexibility : Availability to work accordingly to the center's opening (weekends and holidays)
- Guiding Principles : Live with integrity, act courageously, be curious, act with empathy, and persevere.
Communication proficiency in : English and Germa. Any other language is welcome.
