Digital Marketing Communications Intern (Stipend)

greenteg offers students a six-month work-experience training program who are studying international marketing communications.

The internship experience is mentored by the Head of Marketing and Communications, to whom you would be reporting, and have collaborative opportunities with members of the sales and business development teams.

Tasks

The intern will be using learned theories in marketing and executing these within an international, marketing context, with a strong focus on campaign management to facilitate measureable inbound marketing efforts.

How digital marketing KPIs (goals) are measured with monthly analytics to dictate future strategies will be examined, along with market research of best practices within the B2B social media arena, which will continually influence the communication messaging to reach a larger audience.

About the company

greenteg offers high-tech thermal sensing solutions for an international customer base. Our unique products enable customers a wide range of new application options such as indirect temperature measurement, increased energy efficiency, higher instrumental precision or reduction of operation costs.

We develop, manufacture, and market heat flux sensing solutions at our headquarters in Zurich-Rümlang. As an example, our newest product is the CORE device, an innovative solution to monitor core body temperature.

Tasks

You will report to greenteg's Head of Marketing and communications. You will be mentored and trained in the following tasks, so you can independently provide support in the following marketing and communications activities :

• B2B Communications and online campaign management
• Press release writing
• Social media calender planning, using an online publishing software for monitoring and analytics reporting
• Use creative templates for new social media postings
• Copy writing and research
• Be creative in differentiating our social media on various channels
• Monthly newsletter(s)
• Content collection, copy writing, and image sourcing using a template. Analytic reporting on open rates
• Website content CMS and UX / UI optimization in collaboration with our external agency
• Content development relevant to the marketing and sales funnel
• Work together with the Head of marketing and communications on daily tasks

Requirements

Requirements

• You are either a swiss or EU / EFTA citizen or have a valid working permit
• Must be a recent graduate or be currently studying a BA or Masters in Marketing or International Business or Journalism
• Fluent or native english speaker a must.
• Flair for social media and knows the basics (of posting) including LinkedIn.
• Very familiar with Microsoft office suite (Excel, PPT, WORD, OUTLOOK) a must (please take note, no training is provided on using these basic office tools).

Nice to have

An additional European Langague (German a plus)

Prior working experience in marketing and / or communications

A stipend is paid for the internship. We offer a collegial and striving international work environment in Zurich-Ruemlang and an intern salary to cover living costs in Zurich.
