Financial Analyst - Maternity leave cover
Maternity leave cover - temporary role from 1st December 2024 to 23 May 2025

Purpose of the role
Support the finance department with various tasks, mainly the preparation and revision of AKF unit’s liquidities reporting and the endowment analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities
In addition to a general support in the activities of the finance team with various periodic reporting, tracking and analysis, the main responsibilities of this position are :
- Coordinate the AKF units monthly cash request, collecting, reviewing, consolidating data and active follow up.
- Reflect the cash request and related transaction in the accounting system.
- Coordinating the AKF units quarterly cash position, collecting, reviewing, consolidating data and active follow up.
- Process the endowment monthly valuation and the related various reporting, analysis, and communications.
- Support the finance accounting team with general accounting tasks including some data entries and reconciliations.
- Work on specific ad-hoc projects.
- Continuously improve systems & procedures to enhance internal controls to satisfy audit requirements.
The requirements
Knowledge and experience
Experience, knowledge and education requirements for the role.
- Degree in Business field such as Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting
- Good understanding of working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Working experience with accounting software applications using analytical dimensions, knowledge of MS Business Central and Jetreport is a strong asset.
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.
