StellenbeschreibungEnsure the accurate processing of trading invoices in a timely manner. Verify and validate invoice details against contractual agreements. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all invoicing activities. Support the preparation of reports related to invoicing and trading activities. Assist in improving invoicing processes and systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with the finance and trading teams to ensure smooth operations.
A successful TRADING INVOICING OPERATOR should have :
- A strong understanding of invoicing processes within the commodity trading sector.
- Proficiency in relevant financial and invoicing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
