Cross-Border Officer (80-100%)
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional with a strong interest in regulatory and cross-border matters. The successful candidate will support the ongoing development of the Bank's Cross-Border Risk Management Framework while acting as a key point of contact for Front Office and internal stakeholders on day-to-day cross-border matters.
YOUR ROLE
- Support the interpretation and implementation of Cross-Border rules, country manuals and regulatory requirements within the Bank's processes and workflows.
- Prepare analyses, monitoring reports and governance materials related to the Cross-Border Risk Management Framework for CP COO and relevant committees.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and remediation activities related to Cross-Border matters, ensuring appropriate follow-up of action items.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to Front Office and internal stakeholders on Cross-Border requirements and related procedures.
- Maintain and update the Cross-Border training framework, training materials and awareness initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic, regulatory and business projects by conducting impact assessments and supporting the implementation of Cross-Border requirements.
- Review and update Cross-Border policies, procedures, country manuals and related governance documentation.
- Assist with the organization of Cross-Border governance committees, including agenda preparation, action tracking, reporting and drafting of meeting minutes.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Private Banking, Compliance, Risk Management, Legal or a Cross-Border function.
- Good understanding of banking regulations and cross-border risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments.
- Proactive, organized and solution-oriented mindset.
- Swiss resident.
